Couples Therapy Intensive Workshops
Is a Couples Therapy Intensive Right for You?
A couples therapy intensive offers concentrated, focused work for partners facing significant relationship challenges. Unlike traditional weekly couples counseling sessions, an intensive provides an immersive therapeutic experience designed to create breakthrough insights and immediate progress.
You May Benefit from a Couples Intensive If You:
Are considering separation or divorce and need clarity about whether your marriage can be saved, or are disagreeing about whether to end the relationship.
Have experienced a recent crisis that has destabilized your relationship and need intensive support to process and heal from the impact.
Are dealing with infidelity and feel devastated by an emotional affair or physical betrayal that has damaged trust in your marriage.
Want immediate, transformative results rather than the slower pace of weekly marriage counseling sessions where you discuss feelings without seeing concrete change.
Experience ongoing conflict about intimacy and find that disagreements about sex, desire discrepancy, or sexual connection dominate your relationship.
Believe your partner is going through a midlife crisis that's affecting your marriage and creating distance or confusion in the relationship.
Argue constantly and feel completely misunderstood by your partner, with communication breakdowns that make weekly therapy feel insufficient.
Struggle with anger and conflict in your marriage that creates a toxic cycle of fighting, resentment, and emotional distance.
Love each other but aren't "in love" anymore and want to rediscover passion, connection, and emotional intimacy in your long-term relationship.
Feel lonely and disconnected in your marriage, as though you and your partner have little in common and are living parallel lives.
Need complete privacy and discretion to work on your relationship, particularly if you're a high-profile couple or professional seeking confidential marriage therapy.
A relationship intensive provides focused couples counseling in a condensed format, allowing you to address deep-seated issues, improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally, all in a matter of days rather than months of traditional therapy.
If any of these scenarios resonate with you, a couples therapy intensive may offer the concentrated support your relationship needs to heal and transform.
When One Hour Is Not Enough

What Is a Couples Intensive?
A therapy intensive is an extended session (half-day, full-day, or multi-day) designed to help couples dive beneath the surface and work through complex patterns that can’t be resolved in a 50-minute session. This is concentrated, personalized support to help you move forward with clarity and intention.
You’ll have protected time, away from distractions, outside of daily routines, to do meaningful, focused relationship work.
-

Who Is This For?
Couples intensives are ideal if:
*You're feeling stuck in painful communication cycles or ongoing conflict
*There's been a rupture—like infidelity or betrayal—and you're seeking healing
*You’re navigating a major life change (new child, relocation, blended family, etc.)
*You want to rebuild intimacy, trust, or erotic connection
*You’re preparing for a long-term commitment or transition and want to start strong
*You’ve had therapy before and want a powerful jump-start or reset
*Whether you're in crisis or simply ready for change, an intensive offers a safe and structured space to do the work.
